Four new construction condos in the famous and historic Headhouse Square district, part of Society Hill neighborhood of Philadelphia.  These condos feature high ceilings and hardwood floors throughout. They were a modern design to bring a new perspective to a small yet beautiful cobblestone block.   They featured high-end soundproofing construction and modern finishes. The building had its own private gated private parking and keyless secure entry with intercom. The upper units were built with an amazing roof deck system using an Azek rubber composite paver system.
