A new construction 32-unit apartment building with ground floor commercial space on the historic South Street of Philadelphia.  Designed to bring a modern component to the city scape of south street, the building utilizes full brick exterior blended with full height floor to ceiling windows to give a very dramatic look from both inside and out.  Construction consisted of a high rated sound proofing system between wall and floors and superior finishes for an apartment building, setting it apart from the typical new construction apartment building.
